Distinguish relevant project signals from historical references and irrelevant keyword matches.
Research & decisions
An initial discovery run exposed historical false positives. Detection rules were tightened, and a second recorded run removed those errors. Live intake remains separate from a synthetic approval queue.
Solution
A prototype for researching and reviewing opportunities, alongside a limited approved-source discovery pilot.

Recorded calibration runs and prototype documentation. Outreach is disabled in this pilot; no revenue or automated-contact results are claimed.
